Harvest Thyme Farms is one of the original vendors at the Vienna Farmers Market, offering a wide variety of farm-fresh and homemade goods. From delicious jams and jellies, spices, and baked goods to locally raised chicken, beef, pork, and eggs, they bring a true farm-to-table experience each week. As a growing homestead family—with a recently acquired farm just north of the market—Harvest Thyme Farms continues to expand their offerings while staying rooted in quality, tradition, and local agriculture.
During apple season, Harvest Thyme brings a hands-on, old-fashioned experience to the Vienna Farmers Market with their apple cider press. The cider is not able to be sold. Guests can watch the process and take part in the tradition. By bringing your own bottles or using a market-provided half-gallon jug, and for a small donation to The Farms of ADL, Inc, visitors walk can away with fresh, locally pressed apple cider, making it a fun and memorable highlight of the season.
