Led by the brains behind the brand, Stephen Velarde, who has over 40 years in the food service industry, this is a business built on experience, passion, and heart. Stephen proudly served our troops overseas from 2015–2019, and after returning home, he reignited his culinary journey. Following the passing of his father in 2023, he was inspired to take things to the next level—growing a business rooted in family, purpose, and community.
